Our first gluten-free beer in Ukraine is a rich, hazy, orange-colored brew made with amaranth and buckwheat malt. Its aroma bursts with bright floral and tropical notes from Tettnanger and Nectaron hops. The taste opens with a light natural tartness, soft hop bitterness, and a distinctive buckwheat profile that smoothly transitions into juicy hints of tropical fruits. Amaranth gives the beer a soft, rounded body that gently smooths out the bitterness, making each sip truly harmonious.
